Ongoing Pest Issues and Poor Communication
January 26, 2026I am a former resident who lived in this apartment community for nearly three years. I am sharing my experience to help prospective renters make an informed decision. For more than seven months, I experienced an ongoing roach issue in my apartment that affected multiple areas, including the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry space. Pest control was scheduled numerous times, but work orders were often marked as completed even when no one entered my unit. I was repeatedly asked to clear cabinets and ...move belongings in preparation for treatments, which resulted in living out of boxes for an extended period. Despite fully cooperating with all requests, the issue was never fully resolved. Requests for a unit transfer or alternative accommodation were denied. Communication with the leasing office was inconsistent throughout this process. Emails frequently went unanswered, and I often had to visit the office in person to receive updates. The only compensation offered during this prolonged disruption was a small gift card for food loss. The move-out process also required follow-up due to charges that extended beyond my stated move-out date. Based on my long-term experience living here, I would not choose this community again and would caution others to carefully consider their options.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to be
December 18, 2025It’s been almost 1 year and we have submitted maintenance requests that are handled quickly and professionally. Great team in office to support and address all concerns. The remodels are a really nice upgrade and we switched to an upgraded unit. Well worth the moving efforts and enjoyable. Exercise room and pool are maintained. Pretty Good!
November 19, 2025Resident for 3 years - apartments are generally in good condition and up to date. Other reviews mentioning smells and low sound insulation are definitely true, but the severity depends on where you are in the complex. I’d recommend a top floor unit, and towards the edges of the property. Generally the office staff are responsive and helpful when you can get them on the phone, and maintenance tries to handle requests quickly. FYI - There are no dedicated common spaces for kids to play, so they ...just run around the complex parking lots.Property Manager Responded

You will never find parking, the smell of drugs is constant, be prepared to hear everything your neighbors do bc the walls are so thin. Used to be great
September 30, 2024I really wish I was not writing this. In the beginning the staff was amazing to me and my lil family. We were super pleased. I have been at ASA for about 4 years. In the last 6 months, my upstairs neighbors have used illegal drugs on their patio… are extremely noisy… ( trust me you will hear your upstairs neighbor) and nothing can be done about it. All that was offered was that WE move to another unit. I pay for moving… I turn my world upside down and they get to keep smoking off their “ ...extended part of their apartment” I asked to speak to someone at corporate and they refuse to call me. They refuse to help me. So in the mean time, I can’t open my windows or enjoy my patio in fear my 5 year old will inhale smoke. Not only that, good luck finding a parking spot. They “ require” tags, yet don’t enforce it. Some cars haven’t been moved in a year. The cockroach problem is disgusting, they did just paint the buildings which is nice.Property Manager Responded
