        Management is ignorant and rude, they will not respond to any email regarding anything. But are constantly looking for any reason to evict you. The rent is ridiculous for such a cheaply made apartment that breaks within months of living. Doors, door handles, door trims coming up and cabinets falling off. The management does not care about their tenets at all, I was without AC for months in 90 degree weather with a 4 year old and dogs and management did not do anything about it, until I was ...
        emailing them 2x a day EVERYDAY. They only have 2 garbage cans for the ENTIRE complex so there is trash everywhere. Do not waste your time. Everything about this apartment is terrible.

        I applied here as the income-based apartment fit my budget perfectly. However, the management is rude, lazy and non-communicative. They will NOT answer calls or emails unless absolutely necessary. Routine maintenance is regularly delayed as they have so little people employed to do so. There is dog waste and garbage everywhere. If you are someone who is often out late at night you will likely struggle to find a parking spot and guests have to park at the Church. The inside of the apartment looks ...

        Although the apartments are brand new, it is very clear that they cut a lot of corners in building the apartments. Cheap cupboards, tiny kitchens, cheap flooring. Not enough parking for all residents and guests need to park on the opposite side of the complex in the church parking lot. Awful management. Greedy property management company, super unfriendly and only care about making money. They do not care about their tenants at all.         I live here currently l and have lived here for two years! The apartments themselves are beautiful, great condition and have many amenities. The parking is spotty if you plan on have guests as they have to park in a church lot of the opposite side of the properties and only from certain times. My main issues are that maintenance is attentive but overly so, they come into the apartments at least once a month, every month for “routine maintenance” It’s uncomfortable especially for a woman living ...
        alone. Lastly is the accessibility for all people. The dumpsters are very tall and as a 5’6 person I find it very difficult to lift garbage bags above my head into the dumpsters.
