September 13, 2023Just moved in Sept 5. The good: Kelli, Jonathan, and Jordan have been killing it. Promptly helping with our transition in. The amentities are high quality compared to anything around. The bad: Lived here previously and our apartment was immaculate. Our unit this time has been way below the bar. My fiance is immune compromised and after having the clean team come twice it's still had dog debris, bugs, mold, grime, food from the previous tenant. Still cleaning it to be moved in.Property Manager Responded

September 12, 2023This complex is like a little paradise in East/Central Florida. The pool is incredible and the units are gorgeous. Maintenance is very fast and helpful. Very Pet Friendly

Good Apartment Complex
October 26, 2021The layout/design is great and the colors are a great choice (gray/white) and a modern aesthetic. The grounds look beautiful with landscaping. The maintenance team is great and will fix anything wrong with the apartment (they even provide lightbulbs and filters). The pool area is great, there's ping pong tables and grills. The management has occasional events that range from all sorts of things (movies at the pool, food trucks, painting). There's a but of noise bleed from other apartments, but ...it's minimal. Bass will transfer between the walls and floors but only if it's quiet. The apartment seems to have been a bit rushed with small paint drippings on the floor,etc. The only internet provider is Spectrum (at time of writing). Otherwise great apartment complex aside from some small stuff.Property Manager Responded
