Outstanding leasing and maintenance team, keep this quiet smaller property in prime location, up to snuff. Always clean and responsive to any issues. Slightly dated units with no pool, but has everything you need, small gym, coffee, cyber cafe, dog run and parking. Great community of grad students, residents and working professionals. Not a party hub.

I’ve been at Artisan for over a year, and it’s honestly a five-star vibe! It is right in the middle of Midtown on Music Row, and you’re steps away from awesome restaurants, bars, and cool spots like the Country Music Hall of Fame. The apartments are modern, and they have great amenities like a coffee bar, outdoor firepit lounge, gym, and pet-friendly areas. The team here is what makes it special. Kendall, Connor, and Jordan make me feel welcome and at home every time I see them. Not to mention, ...

Fred, the maintenance supervisor, takes care of any maintenance requests almost immediately. I’m more than content to stay another year and totally recommend Artisan on 18th for anyone wanting a sweet spot in Nashville. Big thanks to Kendall, Connor, Jordan, and Fred!
