March 25, 2024You will have roaches. The so called pest control that comes through just sprays stuff, that does nothing. The trash chute gets backed up and trash is just left sitting out. Management is all over the place and inadequate.Review from Apartments.com

July 27, 2013I searched weeks for the perfect apartment. I stumbled across Artist Square. Immediately I liked the curb appeal, location and exterior of building. The office staff was extremely pleasant. The units were built as condos so there's plenty of bells and whistles...the rental rates were out of my price range~ but the office manager convinced me this was an awesome community and she was correct...I've been a resident for two years and the office staff is still amazingly professional, always ...informative via email on all events or problems. August 20, 2014One of the things I value most about living here is the management. The management here is truly like no other. I've lived in many different apartment complexes and management is not always up to par let alone the maintenance, but here they excell in these areas, which are to me, very important when looking for a place to call home. I feel safe being that they have secured entry and nightly security staff. They have events and are always keeping us informed of all that goes on on the property. I ...truly love living here. Great place to live!
July 20, 2013Living at Artist Square is awesome! Beautiful condo, excellent location, and the office manager is great! I lived here before, moved out, and came back. You won't find a better place to live with all of the amenities in Atlanta for this price. (I'm not sure what the other reviewer was talking about with not getting notification about the pool. First, it is the City of Atlanta that determines when the pool can open. Second, we were told of the progress repeatedly. I'm very satisfied with this apartment community
July 23, 2014Greetings: I have been a resident at Artist Square Apartments for the past two years, and I love every minute of it. It has been a blessing to me because of the convenience of the location, diverse neighbors who are pleasant and respectful. In additon, the staff are excellent at what they do. They treat me as if I'm a true friend and not just a resident. The staff always go the extra mile when I should have a concern. I really like the fact that they are very transparent with the information ...pertaining to our community. I must mention that the staff often conduct special funtions for the residents. Lastly, new floors were instaled on each floor bringing out even more character to the building. The new flooring are an excellent decorum. I really feel that I live in the best community and is serviced by the best staff. I look forward to being a long invested resident at Artist Squre Apartments. July 8, 2013The Apartments are really nice but the staff is less then inadequate. There is a lack of communication and office manager doesn't show any sense of urgency around servicing tenants. This apartment community is the best
September 2, 2013I'm most concerned with safety. I feel very safe living here at Artist Square. I love the fact that we have on site security checking the grounds, and a on site police officer as a resident. He is able respond and do follow ups with any and all incidents that may occur on the property. We haven't experience any of the serious crimes that may occur at other apartments.
