Had a short-term lease here for about 6 months. Everything went smoothly, and I wish I could have stayed longer. The hallway on my floor did frequently smell like smoke, and i had 1 very noisy neighbor, however, this was not an issue throughout the rest of the building. Overall incredible value for the price. My studio was pretty spacious and the kitchen was very nice. There is laundry on the property which can be operated by credit card or an app which was super convenient. There is also a ...

The best thing about this property is Angelo, the maintenance supervisor/groundskeeper/custodian/guardian angel. He works so hard to keep things clean and in good working order. If only management and the residents weren’t working against him at every turn. I have (unfortunately) lived here nearly two years (Covid prohibited me from moving after the first year) but I am counting down the days until I don’t live here anymore. Managements communication is often nonsensical or nonexistent. Listing ...

all the other issues we’ve experienced while living here would take more time than I have to spare, so I’ll simply say go somewhere else, anywhere else, and you’ll better off than if you rented here.
