Doesn't look like the pictures...
November 4, 2025Lived here 2 yrs and they never fixed anything. Mold growing in my bathroom and black mold on the hallway. They don't have a gym just courtyard playground equipment.more worried about outside then inside. No property manager on site. Why are they giving such a deal on move in rent...hmm think about it. Good luck if u move in they also have roaches and never spray!Property Manager Responded

April 10, 2019Been renting here for 1.5 yrs. My apt is upgraded. New appliances, flooring washer dryer. Can't complain. Its quiet at night guess things have changed from previous reviews. November 1, 2015A resident for a long time I have been and two managers have gone within that time and every time my rent goes up and this time a big amount.The apartments are ran down the hallways are dirty nothing gets fixed just gets overlooked.They raise our rent to fix the new apartments.There is a huge parking problem.For the amount you pay here you should be able to live in a safe environment and also clean but no it's not.Like I mentioned before rent goes up every year.Have reported them already.I ...suggest as a tenant dont rent here.Im using my freedom of speech amendment here just being honest people need to know the truth!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
overpriced cheap apartments
October 1, 2015no airconditioning, people smoking in hallways, things don't get fixed, lights are not working in parking area so easy to get mugged or trip on something, dishwashers don't really clean the dishes, linoleum in bathroom and halls is just cheap squares glued on top of whatever was there before so the flooring is coming up, the rent starts low and they keep raising rent price, the hallways are usually a bit nasty and not kept clean. all in all about average for the slums for a cheap apartment. ...however, they charge double what the apartment is worth. some people complain about the noise but I have not really heard much except occasionally kids are playing outside but on the good side, the washer and dryer workRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 29, 2015Have lived here for a little while.Problems I would like to mention if you are deciding to move in are parking is not enforced residents have more than a few vehicles and dont leave any parking for others.The rent does up at your end of lease which is not fair since we have been here for a while and are good tenants.No security at all crime is happening and are scared to live here.Beware before you move in lots of problems with the place.And management dont seen up to hold anything.Review from Apartments.com
Dont bother
September 18, 2015As a short time resident have had many incidents here.Apartment is old the floors break the doors are never painted all.The residents run in the halls and scream like it's a college dorm.People and I mean a few stand by the door ways and smoke and the smell goes into your apartment.Drug dealers are dealing drugs I suspect cause lots of traffic going into those young peoples apartments.Also no assigned parking which is so ridiculous.I can go in and on but why nothing is ever done by owners or ...management.STAY AWAY DONT RENT!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not great
August 19, 2015Currently a resident have been living here for a few years.The place as gone down the drain so bad.There is not assigned parking have to park at a distance.There has been mattresses and couches by the dumpster for month's.The hallways are dirty.I never had new carpet when I moved in.Residents have there family come wash these clothes at there place which makes are utilities higher which is not fair!The children are unattended.Residents blasting there radio after quiet hours.Have brought it up to ...management but nothing has been done.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Potential, but can't wait to move
January 25, 2015Lived here since the summer. Apartment itself is nice, had new carpet when I moved in, rent is great price for Santa fe. However, some of the other tenants don't care about the people who live here. The hallways are usually disgusting and reek of cig smoke. Biggest complaint is the bumping bass. I've complained at least 4 different times about the booming bass below me and each time NOTHING CHANGES. Currently listening to it as we speak.
