Zero Security. Unsafe, Deceptive
December 28, 2019Gates always broken..Anyone can drive into property or walk in the front door. No Security. No Concierge, No Questions Asked. Strangers often show up at residents front door on a daily basis. Amenities and so-called Happy Hour and other promised activities a hoax at best. Walkers parked in hallways 24/7. More like a nursing home or skilled nursing facility.Property Manager Responded
May 18, 2021Hello! Artistry at Craig Ranch is under new management since early 2020 and we have made so many awesome improvements! We have a regular calendar of events and activities that are catered towards seniors. We offer weekly fitness classes including water aerobics, happy hours, movie shows, bingo, sewing groups and more! We are a very active community with amazing residents that walk together for exercise and also maintain our community garden. Those who garden and grow vegetables are happy to share as long as you ask first. We do not offer any services that would qualify us as a nursing home or skilled nursing facility but we do offer resources to residents who have a need due to illness or surgery. We actively network in the senior industry so that we have knowledge and resources available to offer our residents and their family members if they need it.
