May 4, 2026I’ve been living at Arts Center Tower for a while now, and overall it’s been a pretty solid experience. The biggest blessing has definitely been the location, you really can’t beat being in Midtown. Everything is walkable, and having MARTA so close by makes getting around super easy. The views are also a huge plus, especially with lots of natural lighting. The apartments themselves are comfortable and have a nice, updated feel, even if the building itself isn’t brand new. The amenities are good ...and get the job done, and the common areas are generally well kept. That said, there are a few drawbacks. The building does show its age in some areas, and things like the elevators and shared laundry room can occasionally cause inconveniences. Overall, though, it’s a great option if you value the location and city living. It may not be ultra-luxury, but it offers a good value for a Midtown apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 16, 2026The location is perfect! Everything from events, the park, shopping, and restaurants are only a short walk away! We're just far enough from the park that we don't get a lot of foot or car traffic whenever there's events happening. Although the building is older, you can tell the staff keeps up with it. December 27, 2025So far, I’m really happy here. My roommate and I moved in about three months ago and haven’t run into any major issues. Maintenance requests do get handled, it sometimes takes a little time, but always within a reasonable range. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely try to help whenever they can. Amy and Hailie in the leasing office are wonderful. They are always welcoming and ready to assist with anything that comes up. The rooms can get a bit warm in the summer, so you ...should expect slightly higher utility bills from running the AC, but it’s manageable. The location is great, right next to Whole Foods, not too far from Georgia Tech’s campus, and directly across from a MARTA station, which makes getting around really convenient. There’s also a solid old-school style gym. If you know your way around exercises, it has everything you need for a good workout. October 25, 2025Perfect customer service and communication. The activities are always fun, I just wish they made them Sunday! The location is just perfect to use public transportation. Specially with Atlanta traffic is so convenient to have the option to cross the street and take a bus or a train!
