December 27, 2025So far, I’m really happy here. My roommate and I moved in about three months ago and haven’t run into any major issues. Maintenance requests do get handled, it sometimes takes a little time, but always within a reasonable range. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely try to help whenever they can. Amy and Hailie in the leasing office are wonderful. They are always welcoming and ready to assist with anything that comes up. The rooms can get a bit warm in the summer, so you ...should expect slightly higher utility bills from running the AC, but it’s manageable. The location is great, right next to Whole Foods, not too far from Georgia Tech’s campus, and directly across from a MARTA station, which makes getting around really convenient. There’s also a solid old-school style gym. If you know your way around exercises, it has everything you need for a good workout. October 25, 2025Perfect customer service and communication. The activities are always fun, I just wish they made them Sunday! The location is just perfect to use public transportation. Specially with Atlanta traffic is so convenient to have the option to cross the street and take a bus or a train! October 6, 2025Residing at Arts Center Tower has been an amazing experience so far. You truly can’t beat the location—directly across from the MARTA station, walking distance to grocery stores and the BeltLine, and just a short stroll to plenty of restaurants and bars. Although it’s an older building, it comes with its perks. The walls are so solid that you’ll hardly notice you even have neighbors. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Maintenance goes above and beyond, always ...responding quickly and with a great attitude. Both the leasing manager and property manager are consistently kind and helpful, and they put real effort into organizing monthly resident events that are always a hit. There are plenty more positives I could share, but overall I’d say living here has been a 10/10 experience.Property Manager Responded

POTENTIAL TENANTS READ THIS!
July 23, 2025DO NOT PAY APPLICATION FEE UNTIL THEY TAKE IT OFF MARKET. I had to pay my application fee and administration fee BEFORE they verified my income (which took 24 hours), and within that 24 hour period all three apartments I was shown (and told there were no pending applications for) were taken up. When trying to get my refund for the admin fee and application fee (since I was told by management this had NEVER happened before), I was told I would only get 200 of the 300 of fees left over. Basically, ...if you pay the application and admin fees, they DO NOT GUARANTEE you a unit (since they will not let you pick one until you pay the fee AND get your income verified). I will say Hailie was as helpful as possible but please read this before paying the fee. Paying your fee does not mean anything to this company, and they will give away your apartment and only refund you 2/3 of your money. Leaving me high and dry is not professional in the slightest.Property Manager Responded

July 8, 2025Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living in this apartment community. The location is convenient—close to public transportation, grocery stores, and local restaurants. The maintenance team is responsive and usually resolves issues within a day or two, which I really appreciate. The building is generally quiet, and I feel safe living here. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. Elevators can be slow or crowded during peak hours, and I wish the community hosted more events to help ...residents connect. Also, while most amenities are well-maintained, the gym equipment could use some upgrades to better meet residents' needs. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located place to live, and the management team works hard to maintain a positive living environment.Property Manager Responded
