I lived here for 6 1/2 years im looking to move now i cant take these drug addicted rude people they have no consideration for people that have to get up and work everyday. DECEIVING
June 24, 2016These apartments don't advertise that for a 3 bedroom, you need at least 5 people living there!!!!!! If you only have 3 people for a 3 bedroom, which is normal, you don't qualify!!! Pretty and luxurious
August 15, 2015I drove past these apartments and omg I really wanted to live there. So updated and pretty. Close to a small shopping center and the train. The only criticism I have is the customer service. The number that is on this app is not a good number. I had to find a different number after googling arverne view apts. Then when I finally got in contact with someone, she was rude. She also told me that she would contact me back, took down my information, and never called me back for a follow up. Not what it seems
August 8, 2015I am presently living in one of their apartments barely 3months and the experience is disappointing. Management is rude as well as so called security. With so many cameras in place is funny how thieves go about stealing packages left at the door without security being able to catch the thief. lol. Apartment with a ocean view
July 27, 2015I love my apt and would definitely hate to give it up...I have a view of Manhattan, Brooklyn and the ocean absolutely breath taking but the rent has increased I went from 1,237 to 1,825 in a year so if this is a real website I hope I qualify for this program....fingers crossed!!!Review from Apartments.com
Disappointed
May 23, 2014My husband and I went here to view an apartment. On our way to the management office, we had to pass people loitering. This was on a cold rainy day so we could only imagine how the development looks when it's nice weather.
