July 14, 2025My move to Arya was smooth and very well communicated. Macy is amazing! She is friendly and helpful and make sure to keep residents/applicants informed as soon as possible. She has great follow through and keeps her word. I would give the property 5 stars but I did take one away for lack of newer amenities but that doesn't take away from what the staff does do to keep the residents happy.Property Manager Responded

March 13, 2025Very Pleasant! I stayed for 15 months and loved it! Lots of amenities and all of the staff have been extremely helpful. The only thing I would suggest they work on is the people that park in two spaces and take up the lot. Besides that, wonderful!Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2025I’ve lived here for a year and have mostly good things to say! Location is perfect. Close to downtown but far enough for little traffic and nice walking trails. Apartment is modern. My biggest complaint is that the walls and ceilings are VERY thin so you hear everything all the time.Property Manager Responded
