I love to sit on the patio and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings, watch the trees softly sway in the breeze and the birds fly from tree to tree. The staff are always friendly and easy to talk too. The grounds are always clean and the pool looks so inviting and cool. January 27, 2025Units are falling apart (broken appliances, leaks, water intrusion, etc). Rent is way too high for these units. Lack of follow through from management and zero follow up from maintenance team. Calls are never returned.Property Manager Responded

My partner and I are able to take a nice walk to go get dinner or to the park and that is such a great bonus to being here. July 22, 2024A year down and everything is perfect! I can’t hear the neighbors, the train rarely passes through (maybe 1-3 times a month?). I appreciate the modern color palette.
