June 9, 2022Great location and nice front door staff. I also loved the 1 bedroom space. BUT this place has a roach issue. I lived there from 2020-2021 and was scared to do laundry because they would be littered throughout the inside of the laundry room often. They also would be outside of the laundry room door. I would also see them by the front entrance outside and by the front leasing office inside. All different types, mostly dead but some alive. Terrifying! My last 3 months, they started entering my ...apartment. I had two show up and it was horrible and I was so happy to leave. They did come spray my apartment each time and once maintenance killed one for me which was generous but still unacceptable for the price of the apartments. I didn’t pay full price because of COVID but the price did for back to normal once my lease ended. Beware of what you’re getting. The exterminator came once a week to the building and they still didn’t have it under control in the common areas and apparently the apartment. I would not recommend living here due to the bug issue.Property Manager Responded

Regarding the pest concern, I'm happy to share that we have greatly increased out pest control efforts in 2022. Some of our improvements include treating all our amenity and common areas, two floors, and any apartment concerns that are needed weekly. This has overall greatly reduced pest activity. Best Place to live
August 27, 2020This is my 6th apartment in 4 years (I’ve moved a lot for work) and it’s by far my favorite apartment. The door staff & maintenance are amazing. Always friendly and quick to help with anything. The leasing office is the best I’ve ever dealt with. They’re responsive and never get annoyed with my many questions. The laundry machines are very nice and the room is never overly crowded. The elevators are also very quick compared to other buildings I’ve been in. The location is perfect for me. So many ...grocery stores & restaurants in a quick walk. For this price the space & storage are unbelievable too.Property Manager Responded

Excellent.....I love the convenience here..
August 14, 2015I love the convenience here very close to transportation, night life, parks, the lakefront, businesses, groceries, post office and shopping. Restaurants are a block away it is always lively with people students, tourists, children locals etc. There are times when looking when stepping out onto my patio I can tell what the whether is really like by what I see people wearing on the street. I can wait to use our new state of the art exercise room. The laundry facilities always get your things ...cleaned and dry and I have always been able to find a free washer. When our media room opens I hope it will be another way to meet more of my neighbors besides I passing. I love living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
