    Moving can be a stressful experience in general, but I will say finding Ascend Black Canyon and working with Sophia made it as stress-free as it possibly could have been. The process was seamless from start to finish and Sophia was there to answer any of the questions that I had during the process. The entire staff was very accommodating if I had additional questions.

    Management does not respond to emails or phone calls, including the regional manager. It's impossible to have anything resolved, maintenance takes over two weeks to fix anything they deem as "not important." Truly regret signing a lease here.

    Wonderful apartment complex! Maintenance solves issues immediately! Clean complex and neighbors are nice! Highly recommend! Perfect complex for young people or families!

    Place is fantastic! too bad some people are ungrateful and are not considerate and trash area where ever they go . i still give 5 stars for the place

    overall it has been great. except when i try emailing the manager/team about a noise complaint. they do not acknowledge it what so ever. i have sent a little over 4 emails and no response has been sent to me. completely no privacy with neighbors above you, they do not care if you have babies or not.

    Nices places. Great unit. Love the style apartment. Like the gym. Like that it's quite but don't like that people smoke weed or pick up after there dog

    This is a great community. I’ve been using the gym recently, and the equipment is very well-equipped. The swimming pool is also maintained very clean and nice.
