Ascend at Black Canyon is an amazing apartment complex with well trained professional staff who are always there for you with any questions, concerns or help you may need in ur process. As for the apartments themselves we walked into a freshly cleaned apartment ready to move everything in, no need to clean before you move your stuff in! Moving can be a stressful experience in general, but I will say finding Ascend Black Canyon and working with Sophia made it as stress-free as it possibly could have been. Management does not respond to emails or phone calls, including the regional manager. It's impossible to have anything resolved, maintenance takes over two weeks to fix anything they deem as "not important." Truly regret signing a lease here.
