January 15, 2026PROS: -New -Beautiful apt. -Lots of kitchen cabinets & storage -Lg. walk-in closet(s) -Full- sized washer & dryer -Garages & storage units avail. on site - Very well lit at night - Nice staff (front office & maintenance) CONS: -Thin walls and floors, you hear & smell ALMOST EVERYTHING. -Weak enforcement of written policies. - Outdoor hallways that need power washing several times yearly because of dogs and nasty neighbors. -Dumpster area is always a mess. -Unsupervised children, even into the ...night. -The gym & swimming pool are small (only 36in. deep), considering the number of apt. units in the complex. I wish I could afford to break my lease & pay movers, unfortunately it's very costly. This is why I decided to post this review, to inform others.
