Poor management
March 21, 2023Huge potholes in street for years has caused turmoil to all residents and those just in passing. Maintenance has no urgency for tenants I've had a work order not completed for years that's keep getting closed out. Upon speaking to the property manager who is rude as well nothing but a disaster from this placeProperty Manager Responded

The place to be
April 22, 2020I just want to say that the management team here is absolutely amazing they really care about their tenants an help us with things when needed. You are greeted with a smile an they go out of their way to make sure the property stays clean. They care about our safety and the location is awesome your close to anything an everything you could need or want!! I'm very happy with my choice by living here. I would advise anyone to come and atleast take a look at this property. I wont be moving for a ...while!! Truly happy an blessed to have such a good management team here! Avoid at all costs
October 8, 2018Pay a lot to live in misery! I'm currently sitting in my living room at Edgewater Trace on a Monday night listening to my floor shake as the downstairs tenants blast their music and shriek along to the lyrics. I think there is only one person on that lease downstairs, but there is an entire family (I'm talking babies to grandmas) possibly residing down there permanently. And it is continuous, nonstop TV-blasting and people pounding on the doors to get inside--day, night, and early morning. I ...haven't slept well an entire night since moving in due to the constant noise of other tenants. I forget what good sleep feels like. And I don't think there is much the management team can do since they are out of here right at 6:00 every night. So, if you have nightmare neighbors...you're pretty much on your own. I actually dread leaving work to come 'home' because of the out-of-control neighbors around me. I didn't even unpack most of my boxes after moving in because there is no point; I am out of here as soon as my lease is up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
God forbid you get hurt on your job
April 27, 2017The personality of management is the worse, they are not understanding and they have no etiquette when it comes to handling business. If you ever get hurt on your job, God forbid, because you can have a spotless rental established and this people will all kick you out and put an eviction on your rental record. Think before you sign the lease....
January 7, 2016When you have people that's only concerned with getting your rent money and not concern with fixing actual problems i.e. People smoking weed, bad lighting in and around your living area, not making sure the laundry facilities are working correctly, always "testing" the water like every other week, you being charged a Pet fee (even though you DONT have any pets), you have to wonder if the $697 lease you signed (to keep your rent low) is worth it. I mean...if a place is going to have THIS high of ...a rent....shouldn't they be on top of tenant complaints and concerns? Not Edgewater Trace Apartments on Abercorn. No sit. No ma'am. It seems like ether since they got "monument real estate service group" THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE....oh well. Don't take my word for it. Im just one opinion.
