Overall my experience has been good. Kourtney did a great job showing me the property, following up, and maintaining friendliness. Management was friendly too, however it seems as though I am being ignored about the incentives that was promised to me that they didn't follow through on. My apartment is a great size with a good rate, my neighbors are quiet. The amenities are nice! The landscaping is beautiful. I can see myself here for a while.
