July 2, 2025I've lived here for about 3 months and its been amazing. The apartments are fairly new and all appliances are new. The community is quiet and peaceful and they have great amenities. I got the A4 option and it's super roomy and the restroom is huge! I've had few maintenance needs which is normal. The team responds promptly and all my calls have always been fixed. We are 10 min from Allen and also right by downtown McKinney which is a plus. Very happy by far from my move.Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2025Neighbors are quiet, the apartment has good amenities, and the customer service was very good. I had an issue with the auto payment not being able to pay my monthly bill and was given notice to vacate, but the team was able to work with me to solve the issue and gave me my money back for the late fee. Without auto payment, I can still pay manually within a couple of minutes and am given many days to do so. Parking is also sometimes a little problematic if I’m getting back late, but it’s never ...more than a minute to walk in any case.Property Manager Responded
