The living spaces are light and spacious with plenty of storage space. Melanie and her office staff are professional and knowledgeable. August 30, 2025For the most part everything has been great. I love the area, the community, and the amenities that come with the community. There has been a few concerns, luckily most of them have started to become addressed. But the bird situation was getting out of hand. Also, the bird poop everywhere not being washed is pretty gross. Lastly, the dump areas are starting to get messy. There has been trash left outside the dumpsters for weeks that have not been addressed. All and all, maintenance inside living ...quarters have been good. But outside maintenance could use some TLC.Property Manager Responded

August 2, 2025Had some maintenance things with the apartment when we moved in but the maintenance staff here is really nice and helped us out. Like the amenities and the complex so far. Like how close it is to the beach and like all the paths you can walk or run.Property Manager Responded
