Tenant for a year
February 7, 2019Don’t get the garden level apartments. There will always be bugs and cockroaches in your apartment and the windows are very small so you will not be getting much natural sunlight. The front office is also disorganized with their packages and are sometimes rude when you come before they log it in the system. What’s the point for paying for two day shipping when it’s sitting in the office unlogged for another day?Review from Apartments.com
Good if you don't need emergency maintenance
March 10, 2016In general, I've been happy here. I've been here for two years, and in my first year I had no issues whatsoever. The gates used to break a lot, but they seem okay now. Staff is friendly. Parties here are pretty lame, but I like that because it is really quiet and there's no bothersome noise while I'm trying to study. However, I'm not sure what the purpose of "emergency maintenance" phone number is if nobody ever picks up or calls back. My roommate got locked out of her room (not the apartment ...itself, but her room) and called emergency maintenance at 6 and left a message. And at 7. And 8. And 9. And 10. They never called back, and she slept on the couch that night and had to get a key in the morning when the office opened. I can't imagine what it would have been like if there was an emergency like a fire or flood. Guess the place would have gone down in flames! I've seen a couple other reviews on how emergency maintenance doesn't respond. So what's the point, then? Great for college students
August 30, 2015This complex is amazing for the ever struggling college students. This complex is affordable for what it offers. 24 hour accommodations such as a well sized exercise room and a spacious computer area for those who don't own their own computers. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are impressively large and are fully furnished which is one less thing to worry about.
