The worst customer service

September 24, 2023The maintenance staff takes forever to fix anything. I waited over 4 months for my main burner on my stove to be replaced. 5 months for a broken bathroom fan. They charge crazy for dog deposits and monthly charges yet they take a week to refill dog bags on property. The lights on the far end have been broken for months which has lead to cars being stolen and vandalized over and over again. No one cares or even responds to emails. Not on site or at corporate. I was so excited to move here but the ...management is horrible and so unfriendly. Also prepare to pay an extra $200 a month in fees before dog fees. My total for 2 dogs is over $250 a month in additional fees. Asked for pest control and it took 3 weeks for them to show up. Property should be managed at a higher level for this price. Only one grill has ever worked on property since I moved in 5 months ago and it hasn’t been cleaned so works terrible. You can’t have a grill at your place, not even if you have a garage or balcony so it is literally the only grill to use. The pool is total chaos with numerous parties on weekends with people who don’t live here. Never, ever has anyone checked wrist bands. They finally hired security so we shall see. However they seem to only be hired to over see the club house not the property. I was told when we moved in they had office equipment we could use but found out we have no computer and the printer doesn’t work. Totally disappointed
November 15, 2022If you have a family - or want a management company that enforces neighborhood rules - do not live here. It was like MTV spring break at the pool every weekend (drinking out of glass bottles, smoking pot) and the staff and courtesy offices did nothing about it. Mgmt would fine you if you left your recycling can out for an extra day (hard to bring it in when you go away for work or vacation) yet never fine anyone for not picking up after their dog (which was all over every grassy area and was ...gross). When we complained about all of these things and more we were told they were working on it. When you are paying thousands of dollars a month you’d like them to fix it entirely. May 6, 2021Do not move to Ascent cresta bella. Three months to fix water damaged apartments. Paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbors talking or screaming at each other. Poor management who do not care about their residents. Since the walls are so thin you can hear the construction three apartments away. December 3, 2018DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This is not a safe place to live in, there are trucks that are getting stolen, and according to residents it is an ongoing problem that management is aware of, but has not taken the appropriate steps to stop. I have lived here a total of one week and have gotten my trucks tires and rims stolen. A neighbor of mine had his truck stolen the very same night. Worst Place I ever Lived
November 21, 2018I moved out before my lease was up because this place WAS THE WORST PLACE I EVER to live in! These apts were built CHEAP. I had black mold in one my closets because the construction of the building allowed for water to seep in from either a leak in the roof or the puddles of water that would be standing right next to the building after any rain. I had a yard and there would be a large lake when it rained. I informed the maintenance about the water issues in the yard and they said that they ...would not fix the issue and the water would just need to slowly evaporate or “drain” away. You will hear every noise from your neighbor. The walls are paper thin. I lived on the bottom floor and I had tenants above me and I heard just about every move and conversations they made. You can hear when your upstairs neighbor showers, uses the toilet, vacuums, opens/closes doors. There is not enough open parking spots for tenants and many times I had to park two building down from mine. There are cover parking and garages to rent but the cost to rent them are ridiculously high. Dog poop everywhere. I would say about half the tenants that have dogs do not pick up after them. So, the complex would wreak in the summer time with all the dog poop around and the flies would be horrible. I stopped taking my dog to the dog park area because of the dog poop all over the place and my dogs would get sick. My vet advised me to never take my dog there since the tenants and maintenance would not pick up the dog poop or hose down the area. The place always smelled of dog poop and urine so I felt bad for the tenants that lived around the park. Also, when it rained the gravel flooring would become a mud pit and maintenance would not go there after the rain and spread out the gravel. The gym equipment was always broken and never fixed in a timely manner. There would be equipment broken for months at a time. Security is a joke! There are not enough security cameras around the complex. Tenant’s cars would get broken into or even stolen from this complex. The two gates are always breaking down so many times the gates are left open for anyone to drive into the complex. The complex has a security officer on duty but I would call the number and the security officer had another job and could not respond to my call. My advice is just call police and skip calling the security officer all together because they were never available. Overall this place is selling you a bunch of lies.Property Manager Responded

AMAZING STAFF!
April 3, 2018I have lived in Ascent for a little over a month now and I have to say I am IMPRESSED!!! The staff is always readily available to assist me and my roommate. Their response time is incredibly fast, work orders are taken care of in a timely matter and the environment is very welcoming and friendly. I love the amenities Ascent has for their tenants. The gym equipment is AWESOME! The premises are always clean and well lid. Safety is definitely a factor that this complex comes with since it is pretty ...secluded and the gate is always working.
