Overall, I have a great experience living at Ascent Apartment and I renewed my lease for the 3rd year and upgraded my apartment.The staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the apartments are comfortable with great amenities. The property can benefit from a little more attention to cleanliness, and I feel the security could be improved as well. Aside from those areas, it is a pleasant place to stay, and I appreciate the helpful staff and amenities.

I love it here. I have the best view from my apartment, I love that we have two pools and a gym. The staff are all very nice. Maintenance is also very responsive.

Ascent has been a positive experience and located at a prime location where there is various activities during the whole year. For me, that I prioritize health and fitness, the apartment complex is close to the pier where you see a lot of fitness groups getting together and is always a nice view year wide.

Love my apartment, the view and the neighborhood. I wish there was more of a background check and vetting of residents. Ascent has gorgeous amenities but major failure on security and surveillance on what goes on off hours.

Great community. Management and maintenance are awesome. So clean and well run. Absolute pleasure to live here. Very dog friendly. Immaculate. Offices are super nice to work in. Pool is gorgeous. Events are fun. Feels like home.
