August 29, 2025Halle is great, she works very hard but needs more help. Communication with management is very poor. We watched thousands of dollars be wasted on the gym flooring while never seeing any improvements. There is ripped seating on gym equipment and the worst quality assessors I’ve ever seen. No sauna. No hot tub. There has been 2 pool party residents since being here an entire year. That’s unacceptable for what we pay in rent. As is the lack of amenities. Elevators are frequently down and there ...should have always been 4 elevators for the amount of floors in this building. Very poor planning. Good location, views, and enjoy the floor to ceiling windows. Jannus is very loud.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025I am about to move to my 3rd unit here. I was facing South, then I moved to a 6th floor with a terrace and now I am moving to the North side which has a great view! So you know I must really like it here!Review from Apartments.com
