October 15, 2025The maintenance staff are top notch and work hard to keep the building operational. The building location is unmatched in terms of proximity to all that St Pete has to offer. The exception being the proximity to Janus Live and the noise that causes. I do wish that inquiries to management were treated with greater care, at least with a response acknowledging receipt by an actual person and not a robo-response. Appreciate the helpful staff that is constantly looking and adding bonuses and services with discounts is also a plus. However there are too many glitches for a building that is supposed to be high end: flooding of gym floor, elevators out of service, printer in work suite down for a long period, door locks (safety) from garage floors broken for over a year….Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2025Halle is great, she works very hard but needs more help. Communication with management is very poor. We watched thousands of dollars be wasted on the gym flooring while never seeing any improvements. There is ripped seating on gym equipment and the worst quality assessors I’ve ever seen. No sauna. No hot tub. There has been 2 pool party residents since being here an entire year. That’s unacceptable for what we pay in rent. As is the lack of amenities. Elevators are frequently down and there ...should have always been 4 elevators for the amount of floors in this building. Very poor planning. August 29, 2025Definitely ups and downs to living here. Location is key. Building is nice, but mail system is Fetch and there needs to be a 24/7 door person. Willie is awesome but can’t be there everyday.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025I am about to move to my 3rd unit here. I was facing South, then I moved to a 6th floor with a terrace and now I am moving to the North side which has a great view! So you know I must really like it here!Property Manager Responded
