Autumn Glenn - Good Experience
February 17, 2019I lived at this apartment complex for a little over three years and I can tell you that I had definitely gone through it ALL with the changing management. However, I don’t think I would’ve left as happy and satisfied as I did if the newest and current management in place hadn’t been there. Overall, I loved the buildings, the size of the apartment, the neighborhood. It all felt really safe to me – which meant a lot since I was a single woman living alone. There was also some really fun activities ...around the complex too that – while I personally didn’t take part in them – I thought added to the atmosphere – usually things like balcony decorating contests for different holidays and such. It made it feel very homey and like the complex had a sense of community. I loved being able to go IN to the complex too – on the outside it might look a little like it would be hard to have a good atmosphere because it’s surrounded by a post office and shopping centers but you take a few steps in and you’re surrounded with nice grass, a pool, a cute little picnic area and big lovely trees. Working with management and maintenance was the cherry on top of the ice cream Sunday. The office manager – there’s only one thank goodness! – is very kind and is absolutely full of integrity – basically she does what she say she will do and that was super relieving on my part having dealt with some shady complexes in the past. I feel like she offers a level of peace of mind that I hadn’t gotten anywhere else before. The maintenance staff are also pretty darn helpful. My apartment flooded and they were there super quickly to help me clean up and dry the mess and ensure the flood itself wouldn’t happen again (I believe it was from the apartment above’s washer.) In general, the only reason I left is because I moved in with some people and needed a bigger place closer to our respective jobs – not because this complex did anything to wound the relationship. They had been wonderful and I really appreciated everything they did.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Autumn Glen Apartments
September 16, 2015Autumn Glen Apartments its a great quiet community, Its the first apartment complex where they have great management. The apartments manager is very professional and she is always available when you need assistance. Overall the community is well kept and for pet parents its great.
