  • Don’t move here

    Loved it here before December of 2024 but then when our lease was up and we were going to move out we decided to pay our rent early. They gave us a number and we paid that but they charged us an extra 600 plus dollars autopay. First we were told this was and accident and then they said we owed more than they originally calculated. The story is not adding up. If you want to have your money stolen move in but don’t if you value how much your property managers care about you because they were ...
    condescending and then sent us a passive aggressive email about how their mistake was a miscommunication but everything seems to be a miscommunication with them and they don’t take accountability.

    The renovation guys were also amazing, when they were here! Unfortunately the water takes a long time to heat up which brings up your water bill. I also had a roach in my apartment, only one but still it is disturbing. Then recently I had a a/c leak which made it to where I can’t really run my unit. I called emergency maintenance and they did not respond AT ALL. I put in a request as well, because usually they would see that. The gates are always broken, and open so “secure” is a very loose term ...
    they use. When the gates are open homeless people have been known to use the pool as a bath. The longer I rent here the less I like it honestly. I am ready for my lease to end and I haven’t even been here 6months.

  • Careful Moving Here

    There is a severe problem with the hot water/water pressure and has been a consistent problem for months now. Not only that, but also that it takes forever for them to come fix things. We were having trouble getting our front door to open and once spent quite a few minutes trying to open the door forcefully, it took them a few days to get out to us to fix it. Not only that, but the heater goes out every winter and we wound up going nearly 3 days without heat and resorting to using the oven to ...

On top of that, I put trash out the front door for a few hours one day about a month ago, and they just sent a letter threatening to kick us out for putting trash out the door if we don't comply. What is that even supposed to mean because we haven't been doing it except for the one time, so how can we comply if there isn't trash out there currently. I know for a fact that I had trash piled up inside by the door (like they ask--"take trash to the dumpster immediately or leave it in your unit") for the last few days and took it straight to the dumpster MYSELF between last night and this morning. So they are coming at us for something that wasn't even recent. Also, when we tried to renew our lease for 6 months, the paper work somehow didn't get finalized so we had to resign and then back date it so that THEY had their paperwork correct. The only positive thing about living here is the price and the 24/7 access to the laundry facilities as far as I'm concerned. So, if you don't mind maintenance taking some time, the heater wires coming loose every winter, and hot water/water pressure issues while bathing, take a chance, because if so, this would be a great fit. Perfect starting out place, but definitely something that you should work on getting out of asap.

    Me and my boyfriend moved into these apartments because they are a decent price for what they provide. We have a baby and she is due in November, and it is just the right amount of space for me, her, and him. The complex is quiet, and the managers are always helpful as well as the matience man, if there ever is a problem with something that needs to be fixed. Me and my boyfriend have struggled for a very long time, with him being homeless for over 6 months and then us sleeping on a couch every ...
    night, and that's not so comfortable being pregnant and all, but now we have our own place and space to call our home. We are now home.
