terrible management
March 16, 2026I moved in here in October, every month since then I have politely checked into the office to find out when 24/7 key fob access would be restored to our amenities including the gym. Every month I get a canned response like they think in an idiot and the gym etc remains only accessible during business hours. Despite someone moving out of here every other day and it being 25% empty there is still nowhere to park because they allow 5-6 adults to live in 1 bedroom apartments. Theres tons of dangerous ...speeding in the parking lot and many residents regularly drive the wrong way on the round a bout. The trash piles up into a disgusting mountain several times a month and is left to bake in the sun and get spread around the complex by animals. Theyve made no attempt to fix anything other than sending threatening mass emails but they did make time to revamp the rental website so you couldnt see the giant list of empty apartments. They will respond to this review but have been ignoring me and everyone else for months. Its a real shame because the property itself is really nice, decent apartments, great location, lots of space to walk but i wouldnt recommend it to anyone with kids or anyone that can afford a little bit more in rent.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Staff
June 27, 2024This review is to highlight the office staff. They are top notch! Jonathan the Property Manager is great, the girls in the office are top notch. They have a newer guy, I think his name is Brett but he is always eager to help, and very nice. Maintenance guys respond quickly and always take care of any issues in a timely manner. Nope!
September 14, 2023My time at Ascot Point was absolutely horrible. From the lackluster management, to loud and obnoxious residents, to downright dangerous living conditions, this is the LAST place I’d live, and I would NEVER bring my child or children into this development. Living off of Hendersonville road is atrocious. Traffic backs up and if you’re trying to make the light, good luck because it changes once every 5-6 minutes and there’s only one entrance. A month or so into my stay there were rowdy neighbors ...that would do things like fight, argue, and race each other in their cars around the parking lot from 6pm until sometimes 3am. I thought maybe this was just a one time thing and some residents can act poorly but this is not the case for Ascot Point. My block had continuous and severe issues with residents, to the point where numerous police officers were called to break up fights, to stop people from vandalizing each others cars, to chase people down that were causing noise disturbances (all of which the complex brushed off, basically saying they can’t do anything and to call the police if anything severe happened to me personally). It got to the point where our block was shot up at 3am not once, but TWICE, and nobody within the complex’s management notified the residents until I said something the following day. People’s cars were shot at, breaking windows and shooting holes into the hoods of other vehicles; a bullet cleared the first floor unit window through and into the apartment, and a bullet hit and cracked my window on the third floor, as well as damaged the second floor side paneling. If you thought that was bad, the apartment complex had an attempted armed kidnapping shortly after I moved out, so anything saying this is a great place for your kids is a misguided statement and I would caution anybody with kids from stepping foot in this complex. I also had to wait almost 2 months for my returned security deposit, with zero communication of its status and was forced to follow up on it myself. I normally do not write reviews, but I hated my time at Ascot Point so much that I couldn’t help but warn anybody else out there who is moving to town and looking for any semblance of cheap living conditions. Avoid this complex at all costs if you don’t want to deal with bad traffic, bad apartment complex management, drugs, and crime.Property Manager Responded

June 29, 2023This place is very accommodating. I come from Florida, where it's a hit or miss, mostly a miss. This place far exceeded our expectations! Maintenance is there when issues arise, and even for routine maintenance. Very nice people. The staff at the clubhouse are very nice and welcoming, and they help in any way they can. This place has their own Amazon locker. Highly useful! Our doggo gets her own grooming station and place to run around. The pool is very nice, and has grills for BBQ. The workout ...room is very useful. Did I mention they have a movie theater too?! And when it gets cold in the winter, there's a fire pit to keep yourself warm.Property Manager Responded
