Don’t let the Demo Apartment Fool You!
February 14, 2019I do not recommend living here unless you’re looking for someplace cheap because that’s all you’ll get. When it was mis be in day they still had their renovators still in there, told me to come back later and man was I pissed. They left it a mess on move-in. Tools and empty soda cans left everywhere and we had to sleep with that. Stove was off the wall (not plugged in), shoddy work as far as countertops and doors (everything was slanted), scuff marks all over our tub and toilet like they were ...used for steps, stains on carpet, caulk and glue left all along the bottom of the wall, door stoppers off the wall, doors to closets put on backwards....I could go on. Even the AC broke down on us. After all of that we asked the wtf and this is after showing us such a nice demo room but man did they fool us. Their front man Dion looks at us and went from “it’ll look exactly like this and renovated” to “I said it would be the same floor plan...” He even told us “not to write anything on the damage checklist” before we moved in....that’s sketchy. August 6, 2015Very old building, the infrastructure of the complex is in poor condition. My Air Condition has malfunctioned twice now and I have been without A/C for a week when my unit first broke. They have made some minor improvements the complex since I signed my lease which have definitely helped. Overall I would not suggest moving here if you have a family, this complex would be great for new students who need a cheap place to start out at.Review from Apartments.com
