March 3, 2026They need to upgrade these apartments soon. some of them are barely in living condition and they rush you to pay your rent like it’s a luxury development when honestly it’s bare minimum. January 22, 2026My experience was not bad but it could have been better. The staff is very respectful and friendly. Kelly oversaw my move-in process. She was very professional and patient. My only problem was the slowness with her communication. I have a hectic work schedule and needed to know things in advance to plan out my moving in. The communication and process sending out documents and other communications was slower than I’d like, I had to keep readjusting my plans without warning as I learned new ...information & that made the process a bit annoying. When I moved in I didn’t have any major problems. The place was clean. January 16, 2026The staff at Ashbrook Village are very cordial when going the office. The tenants living here need to have more respect more respect about taking more than 2 parking spots. The maintenance is great. The prices of the apartments needs to be consistently adjusted to keep keep tenants staying and new leaseesProperty Manager Responded
