A Place to Call Home

I just renewed my lease at this apartment complex again going into year 8! It's a great place to call home with peaceful easy living. Maintenance and leasing office is always very responsive to any requests. The amenities such as garages, appliances, pool area, and in-unit washer and dryer can't be beat. It's also convenient to major roads and a great location for other nearby plazas and shopping for errands in South Lincoln, and a straight shot to downtown Lincoln on the Parkway. This is the ...
first apartment that I have stayed in so long due to the fact that it's so well maintained, feels like a home, and is in a convenient location. If you are looking for a new place don't hesitate, this is it!

A great place to call home

I’ve lived at Ashbrook for a year now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time. We joined the waitlist and accepted an apartment through that, which is what I would suggest to do. There are lots of spacious layouts, the price is great for the location, maintenance is quick and I love the events the clubhouse puts on.

These apartments are very nice and the extra study room is very convenient with working from home. The maintenance requests have always been taken care or promptly and with follow-ups to make sure that everything is good a couple of days later. The grounds are always taken care of and there are nice places to walk close by.

We’ve lived here for 2 years and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else! Everyone is so lovely and the location is perfect. We also love the amenities- a nice gym, pool and cabanas, and a great rentable clubhouse. We host a Christmas party there every year! We love Ashbrook!

Amazing apartments, great pool, secured lockers for packages. Management is always on top of everything and maintenance comes the next day if you have any troubles with anything! 10/10 would recommend to everybody.

Living at Ashbrook has been one of the best choices for me. It is very comforting knowing that we have a very safe apartment complex as well as having a pool and fitness center that is taken care of excellently. The staff is very nice and helpful. They also offer many great activities for tenants on the weekends!

Living at Ashbrook was the best decision I have made! It’s comforting to know we live in a safe environment and community with friendly neighbors! I would recommend to anyone! Another bonus living here is having many amenities like the pool, gym, outstanding staff, and even a breathtaking lake up the road.
