Maintenance and leasing office is always very responsive to any requests. The amenities such as garages, appliances, pool area, and in-unit washer and dryer can't be beat. It's also convenient to major roads and a great location for other nearby plazas and shopping for errands in South Lincoln, and a straight shot to downtown Lincoln on the Parkway. This is the ...first apartment that I have stayed in so long due to the fact that it's so well maintained, feels like a home, and is in a convenient location. We joined the waitlist and accepted an apartment through that, which is what I would suggest to do. There are lots of spacious layouts, the price is great for the location, maintenance is quick and I love the events the clubhouse puts on.
