Great Place but Neighbors Can Be Rude

The grounds are nicely kept and the staff in the front office are nice. There is plenty of walking areas in the neighborhood and most of the people are exceptionally nice. My only complaint (which was enough for me not to renew my lease) were my upstairs neighbors who were constantly banging on the floor and stomping, daily, throughout their apartment. bought it to the attention of the leasing office, nothing was done.
I have been a good resident, always paid my rent on time (early in some cases), and tried to be respectful of my neighbors and the neighborhood. However, the unwillingness of the leasing office to address the violation of the lease with my upstairs neighborhood is unfair and not worth the money you would spend to live here.
