When I moved out of the Tremont Apartments several years ago, I got my entire deposit back! It just takes some elbow grease (along with no damage to the unit). I found my stay there to be very pleasant. I had nice neighbors and no problems with management at all. S. Graham

lived at these apartments for 2 1/2 years. when we moved out, the owner kept our entire deposit. Even though I went to municipal court and was granted a sum of money, the owner ( who is an attorney) refused to pay me the money. We had numerous problems while at the apartments including : water leaks from apartment above ( these were never fixed, homeless man living in parking lot ( I had to call police to finally get him out), no hot water for an entire weekend in winter and being told by ...
management "I cannot help you because this is done by an outside source". We took good care of our apartment . I fully expected our rental agreement to be honored.

THE APARTMENTS AT ASHBY GLENN ARE GENERALLY IN GOOD CONDITION. SOME HAVE HAD CARPETING AND FLOORING UPDATED. THERE IS A SMALL ENCLOSED DECK AREA WHICH IS NICE DURING THE WARMER MONTHS. ALTHOUGH THE DESIGN IS LATE 70'S MODERN, COLORS ARE NEUTRAL AND EASILY BLEND WITH MOST DECORATING STYLES. THE COVERED PARKING AREAS ARE VERY CONVENIENT DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER. THE APARTMENT MANAGER RESPONDS TO RESIDENT ISSUES IN A TIMELY FASHION.
