WARNING - don’t waste your time or money
September 24, 2024This complex was recently purchased by Jinesh, aka ultimate slum lord, shortly before pandemic. Since then, the complex has rapidly declined due to high management and tenet turnover. Complex has seen 3 managers since Jinesh acquired property. However, most of this time he hasn’t had management or maintenance on staff at all. Of course, this creates high tenant turnover. Despite high tenant turnover, literally NO renovations are being made to the extremely old crusty units. It does seem like ...slumlord enjoys the high turnover with no renovations. All deposits, fees and increased rental rates go directly in his pocket. If you enjoy continuous water leaks, plumbing issues and water damaged walls, this is the place for you!! You’ll be sure to be greeted with the pungent smell of home as you open the building’s completely unsecured doors but be sure to turn your lights on before entering your unit or you might step on a few of your new roach mates.
