This complex was recently purchased by Jinesh, aka ultimate slum lord, shortly before pandemic. Since then, the complex has rapidly declined due to high management and tenet turnover. Complex has seen 3 managers since Jinesh acquired property. However, most of this time he hasn’t had management or maintenance on staff at all. Of course, this creates high tenant turnover.
