Internet: This is one of those services. It is disappointing that this has taken 5 days and still no resolution. I’m on day six. Having to go to a Starbucks is an inconvenience just to get work done. Going on 9 years here, no carpet cleaned. Waited almost 4 years to get a window that leaked. People in the office are so nice but I also understand they don’t make the rules. I just wish they took as good of care to the inside of the apartments as they do the outside.

He has been great working with me trying to figure out why some things have defrosted in my freezer. The problem seems to be only on the bottom shelf of the freezer door.
