    A beautiful place to stay I believe Asherton of Dublin is hard to find apartment complex in Columbus. We liked their town house surrounded by beautiful landscape and enjoyed privacy setup for each apartment.   • Think TWICE before moving here!!!!!

    Living here has been nothing but a headache. The management team completely dismisses maintenance requests, no matter how urgent they are. I had a malfunctioning dishwasher for weeks, and they either ignored my calls or gave empty promises about when it would be fixed. Or they just simply closed the request without replacing the dishwasher. We have had a broken faucet valve outside and it was poorly installed in the summer. We told management it needed to be fixed and now our valve has burst ...
    because of cold temperatures. Communication is nonexistent—emails go unanswered, and trying to get anyone on the phone is a joke. We leave voicemails and they are not returned. Staff seems to turn over every couple of months as well as property maintenance staff. My husband and I literally feel stuck here. On top of that, the staff is incredibly unprofessional. They treat tenants like an inconvenience instead of valued renters. It’s clear they only care about collecting rent, not maintaining the property or addressing issues. If you’re considering moving here, think twice. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

  • Spacious but rodent problems

    I lived in one of the three bedroom very spacious units. I loved the area and walking paths. The neighborhood is very nice and schools are great. My apartment was outdated, but still nice. My biggest complaint would be mice. I had them my last winter there and I had to contact management more times than I would've liked to about this issue.
