This place is wonderful. I just moved. the lease agent Miss Pokee was amazing she made transition smooth and quicker then I expected. Everything we needed and change and fix was taking cared of. My home is “fly”. This community is small-medium size it’s neighbors are friendly. The community is always clean and easy to drive around. My daughter enjoys going outside a playing with her new friends. No loud obnoxious noise or wild party.

They’ll paint over the tub and walls of the shower covering up the years of mold and mildew that stains the walls and tub under the sink cabinet water damaged can’t put cleaning supplies under sink due to the sinking of cabinet flooring same under kitchen sink would not reference this property to my worst enemy

Worst experience ever. 1st they will say apartment is available go ahead and apply then next day they will say it's already leased and ask to go with other apartment and then they said that's also leased.

Like the previous post states this is the WORST place to live. They EXTORT money from all their tenants. You pay everything then suddenly you have a bill that they can’t explain. NOTHING WORKS even when they “fix” it. They Take forever to address your problems and when they do, it’s a quick fix. In no time you’re dealing with the same problem. There’s mold everywhere especially in the bathrooms. The tubs are disgusting. My daughter is scared to take a shower. The garbage is always overflowing in ...
the parking lots and wild cats spread the garbage all over the property. Management is very inconsistent and dishonest. Not a good place to live at all. Don’t do it!!

Worst Place To Live

I’m going to start off by saying this is the absolute worst place to live!!!!! The management is terrible and ridiculous. We have been asking for things to be fixed since October and nothing has been fixed NOTHING. Our tub is pealing, whenever you take a shower the paint just peal right off and go into the drain and then the drain ends up getting stopped up, also the bathroom do not have any towel racks but you can clearly see that they are suppose to be there, and our dish washer do not work, ...
and vents throughout the apartment do not have covers it’s just big squares in the walls. When we asked to have these things fixed yet again after we had gotten tired of asking and send requests online we waited a few months then we ask YET AGAIN and the manager tells us that they aren’t able to fix anything now basically until we re sign the lease!!!!! This is crazy these ppl have gone up on the rent which is fine but to not have your home fixed up the way it was shown to you prior to moving in is upsetting and ridiculous you pay all this money a month just to hear “oh we’re going to get someone to take a look or fix it” and never do. The manager attitude is terrible. She’s unprofessional and rude. Not to mention that right now our AC isn’t working and we have been calling and going up to the office, the door always say that they are out or if you call you don’t get a answer which is frustrating in 93 degree weather. We finally spoke to the manager she said someone will be at our apartment on 5/10 to fix the ac, no one ever showed up so we call back up there and ask when is someone coming she said the maintenance man is waiting on a part & that it should be here by 5/11. To this day we still haven’t seen anyone or heard anything about our AC. Do not waste your money living in this complex
