DO NOT RENT HERE!
May 23, 2021Absolutely horrible property manager/maintenance person. If something needs to be fixed, they refuse to fix it. The property manager stands outside ALL DAY/EVERY DAY smoking cigarettes and taking personal phone calls on her phone. Try her red is a No Smoking sign on the property office window. But it doesn’t stop her. Also the insulation SUCKS! During the winter months I had to buy a kerosene heater to keep myself and my toddler from not freezing. Every apartment does not have a ...dishwasher. Every apartment has a different rent. They lie! And the studio apartments could have a full size fridge or could have a mini fridge. It is Sir luck of the draw.Property Manager Responded

We are proud to say that when a resident calls in with a work order, we take care of it right then, and follow up with resident for job completion satisfaction. All prospects are welcome to view the availible apartment before applying for that specific apartment. Our No Smoking sign as well as our company policy that we do not smoke on the premisies.
