January 22, 2026I have to say - I do live in the best apartment - I have a view of the pond - my window opens to east and my patio gets the west sun perfect for my patio garden also I get the west sun in evening - The GyM is a okay it meet my wants and needs very gateful - the team that is running this complex - Super team - listening to them they work like a family (Great Team) - Great interviewing to build this teamProperty Manager Responded

August 11, 2025Very good so far. Still needing some items addressed but I haven’t been too anxious I know office is busy. I also noticed I do not have the correct door hardware in master. No lock, different knob. Still need batteries in smoke detectors and floor is still not repaired. The garbage disposal has been broke since I’ve been here. Guy came and said it needed to be reset, but doesn’t work for me.Property Manager Responded
