March 4, 2026Beautifully maintained property! The grounds are kept mowed and trimmed. After recent ice storm, clean up began as soon as possible and is proceeding quickly. The buildings are well maintained too. All have been reroofed in last couple of years. When I’ve reported a repair needed or maintenance issue, they came relatively quickly to fix it. Office staff is friendly and professional. The neighbors are all quiet and generally respectful of other tenants.
