August 11, 2025Very good so far. Still needing some items addressed but I haven’t been too anxious I know office is busy. I also noticed I do not have the correct door hardware in master. No lock, different knob. Still need batteries in smoke detectors and floor is still not repaired. The garbage disposal has been broke since I’ve been here. Guy came and said it needed to be reset, but doesn’t work for me.Review from Apartments.com

July 3, 2025We have lived at Ashford almost 6 years. Due to a hard working staff and owner vision it keeps getting better. Capacity is at nearly 97%. We have a great community, excellent staff, wonderful community activities. It is truly coming home and not a short stay experience. July 3, 2025Very nice spacious apartment, it’s been pretty safe for me. Me and my girlfriend have been enjoying our time here, the only dislike has been the pest issues from time to time. Also been in need of maintained for certain issues and been told they can’t fix it in time. Besides that it’s been a great stay.Property Manager Responded

Great people, really impressed!
April 28, 2025In the last year or two I've noticed a really big effort from the staff here to improve things. I love the new gazebo and the cleaned up bushes area by the main pool. As soon as we had an issue with mud in the gazebo area they've made a new concrete support platform for it. You can tell the difference with a proactive and professional property manager. The ladies in the office and the maintenance guys are all really great. 5 Stars!Property Manager Responded
