August 11, 2025Very good so far. Still needing some items addressed but I haven’t been too anxious I know office is busy. I also noticed I do not have the correct door hardware in master. No lock, different knob. Still need batteries in smoke detectors and floor is still not repaired. The garbage disposal has been broke since I’ve been here. Guy came and said it needed to be reset, but doesn’t work for me.Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2025We have lived at Ashford almost 6 years. Due to a hard working staff and owner vision it keeps getting better. Capacity is at nearly 97%. We have a great community, excellent staff, wonderful community activities. It is truly coming home and not a short stay experience. July 3, 2025Very nice spacious apartment, it’s been pretty safe for me. Me and my girlfriend have been enjoying our time here, the only dislike has been the pest issues from time to time. Also been in need of maintained for certain issues and been told they can’t fix it in time. Besides that it’s been a great stay.Property Manager Responded
