February 10, 2026I have always given a five star rating but I feel the apartment complex let us down a bit during the ice storm. No clearing of the driveways, no salting of the sidewalks until just a few days ago. I am elderly and cautious about falling. I was really afraid to get past the breezeway. I use a handicap parking place and it seems the area between the two spaces could have been cleared and salted. I was all but confined to my apartment for the duration of the ice accumulation. Well It is over ...for now, but a more robust response next time would be appreciated. (2). The Trash pick-up is so haphazard that I don't know when to put it out any longer. Are they no longer picking up Sunday through Thursday? What gives with this...also the compactor area is a total mess. Just up the street from me. December 18, 2025Living here as a whole has been fine. Low standards have been met and at times they exceed them. Maintinence is never on time or giving you and accurate timeline. There’s never the same people in the front office for more than 3 months. Our front office NEVER returned calls or even let us know our lease was ending.Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2025Overall the process wasn't as expected. Im still missing the key for the mail box, I called the office since they have not followed up with me and nothing. No welcome gift like many other place do with their new tenants. The apartment has several items incomplete and my garbage was overlooked and not picked up. July 20, 2025There are little things that we’ve had to do that would’ve made a big difference if we didn’t need to. For example, there are literally thousands of spots and drops of paint that I’ve have to remove, and that was more work than I wanted to do. There’s paint on counters and none of the drawers in the bathroom or kitchen work super hot. The fridge motor is going out and doesn’t cool well. We have a fan that makes loud noises like a bearing is out. It’s just little things that make a difference. ...We’re leaving our home of 20 years and spending more money, we were hoping for a more perfect and peaceful move in.
