February 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have always given a five star rating but I feel the apartment complex let us down a bit during the ice storm. No clearing of the driveways, no salting of the sidewalks until just a few days ago. I am elderly and cautious about falling. I was really afraid to get past the breezeway. I use a handicap parking place and it seems the area between the two spaces could have been cleared and salted. I was all but confined to my apartment for the duration of the ice accumulation. Well It is over ...for now, but a more robust response next time would be appreciated. (2). The Trash pick-up is so haphazard that I don't know when to put it out any longer. Are they no longer picking up Sunday through Thursday? What gives with this...also the compactor area is a total mess. Just up the street from me.
