All around things have been great! An area for improvement is the parking situation. The entire time I’ve been here people have parked in the loading zones for the entire day/night. I had to use a regular spot to park my moving truck in during my move. Also people use the EV charging spots to park their cars regardless of if they’re charging or even have an EV. It’s almost misleading to write that there is EV charging because those spots are always blocked and people can’t actually charge there. ...

Ashlar Park is cleanest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in my life. Their maintenance staff is very quick and professional and actually know what they’re doing! The love for the pets is beyond what we ever expected!

I love it here. The buildings are spotless and well maintained. The amenities are lovely. Lots of perks like community events, drinks by the pool, Christmas tree farm, etc. Lovely neighborhood, very walkable. Kind staff.

Wonderful spot! Shuttle service is my favorite part next to the gym. The outdoor grills and the fire pits are wonderful. The dog space is nice!

Really appreciate Ashlar Park's effort to create a community through their various events peppered throughout each month. Side note for pet owners-- my partner and I weren't sure whether or not getting a dog would ever be a possibility while living in the city, but this place is SO well suited for doggos that we're actually considering expanding our four-legged family if we continue to live here (don't tell our cats). :)
