Not worth it.
July 31, 2024There's better apartment complexes nearby; this one is not worth the price. Water is shut off in at least one building every week due to "emergency repair," the staff is rarely at the office, and when there's a problem, it takes them a long time to address and fix it. We had a mold problem in the apartment that was not addressed, and there is a REALLY BAD roach problem. There are roaches all over Pensacola, but it seems to be worse at this apartment than any other. Overall, just not worth ...staying here.Property Manager Responded

Beware
March 18, 2020This complex is old. The refurbished apartments are just cosmetic makeovers. The walls are paper thin. The occupants below me were smokers and the smell of their smoke came through my heating/AC unit, washer dryer connection area, and electrical outlets. Heating/AC unit is old and moldy. I was there for four years and property management changed every year. The rent is way overpriced.Review from Apartments.com

Worst home in my life!
December 6, 2018I lived in the community for almost three years. The hot tub has never worked, yet they have always advertised it. I've had countless leaks in the apartment (the tub, the ac and a leak in my closet which ruined my personal items.) The maintenance crew merely patches problems up so be prepared to request the same things to be fixed multiple times during your stay. The walls are extremely thin (you can hear conversations, tv, coughing, and plenty of dogs who are left home alone daily.) I have ...never had grass in front of my apartment- just lots of dog poop and dirt/weeds. Roaches are a major issue after any rain storm and all throughout the summer months (more than a normal FL household.) They have all new gym equipment but I don't think the gym has ever been cleaned- it reeks in there! The only good thing about this complex is the location. The staff is ok, but I don't think any one truly cares about the tenants. If it wasn't so expensive and time consuming I would have moved out sooner.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible
September 2, 2018There is never any parking and they will place stickers on your car if you park beside the regular parking places (instead of asking you to move your vehicle or telling people to move their boats and vehicles that don’t run and are just taking up parking spaces). The landscaping is horrible and attracts bugs. The hot tub doesn’t work. The apartments are in overall very poor condition.Review from Apartments.com
