2yr resident not renewing lease
May 18, 2022During my two years living here I've had safety issues like my car being broken into and a literal BULLET shot in my 2nd bedroom window in the night. The apartments are old, so things break and maintenance will do anything to avoid fixing them. I didn't have AC for all of summer 2021 because maintenance gave excuses blaming the issue on a "hot summer". The landscaping is poor, and thistle has overtaken the entire flowerbed outside. Property managers are never around and don't return phone calls. ...I only stayed this long because of the pandemic making moving not sensible, otherwise I would have left last year. There are better places to live nearby in the same price range. Don't settle for bad apartments that charge luxury prices.Property Manager Responded
