Great place to call home
August 18, 2025I just moved into this community and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Quintana in the leasing office. She was friendly, professional, and patient with all my questions, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for me. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. Moving can be overwhelming, but Quintana made it easy and even enjoyable. Poor living conditions
November 19, 2024Carpenter ant infestation for 3 months Carpet not attached to the ground, subflooring damaged and nails exposed. Rotted out window sills, wood flooring not attached to ground, ceiling peeling off and they will paint over the previous tenants dirt. Charged me a year after moving out
March 20, 2023I moved out of here a year ago, and just yesterday found out that they reported me to the credit bureaus for not paying them a $146 damages charge. My credit dropped a whopping 117 points because of this. I was NEVER notified that I owed them this money, and I already paid $200+ for damages upon moving out. January 22, 2023People will just leave dog poop in the grass maintenance sees them just ignored them will shut off water at random and give you a notice a hour after it’s off someone was shot up and killed on the property but they just run around the issues there is feral cats just roaming and attacking people they took away the dumpsters so now more bugs have been coming to the buildingsProperty Manager Responded
January 27, 2023This is very disappointing and certainly not all true. From time to time we need to shut off the water for emergency purposes. For example, this winter in 2022 has created havoc on the entire city. And to prevent further damage, we need to shut off the water. We give ample time for all residents to make arrangements We are not alone in this decision as many of the apartment communities within the city do the same thing. Residents are responsible for their trash, dogs, children and vehicles. We provide amazing resources to maintain the safety and health to all our residents and guests. You are welcome to come to our office to discuss further.

October 7, 2020Ashley Oaks has a new "face" giving it a fresher and modern look. We have more amenities than anyone really needs. The general atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. The location can't be beat. Every store and business is just a leisurely walk away. It's not perfect, but there is no such place anyway. The office staff and the maintenance crew are great.
