stay far far away
August 16, 2022this place might look okay from the outside, but it is a complete dump! there are huge holes in the ceilings in the hallways. stains all over the carpet in the hallways. packages get stolen, broken down cars in the parking lots that don't move for months when parking is already scarce to begin with, cockroaches big time, 90% of the garages flood every time it rains. this place is an over-priced hell hole to live. the buildings smell terrible half the time. parking lot floods every time it ...rains. people from the complex across the street let their kids come over and terrorize the property. vehicles being broken into and stolen. for what they are charging to live here, you would expect more. there are way better places to rent for the same money every month. i also think that they are price gouging the water/sewer charges. they are charging almost $70 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment, when i've asked several homeowners and their water bills are not that much. each apartment doesn't have it's own water meter, so they just guess how much to charge you each month. no one cleans up their dog poop either. there has also been a murder on the property! you now have to pay some stupid liability charge every month even if you have your own renter's insurance policy, they still make you pay it. this place will promise you the world and not deliver any of it. take your money elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Friendly Atmosphere

Dirty and horrible management
October 31, 2021Honestly the worst place I ever lived. When I first moved in multiple doors didn’t work, the garbage disposal was broken and plug ins were broken. Management didn’t fix half the things I complained about but for some reason 2 months after moving over I’ve still not received my $200 deposit. I left a nice amount of nail holes from pictures but I know that couldn’t possibly come up to $200. Oh and beware the fake positive reviews on this place. Great place to call home

New Management is horrible
August 6, 2018I've lived in these apartments for over 6 years. They have been great up until the last 3 months. Ashley Square is under New management. You can never get a hold of anyone. They don't return calls and they are never in the office! The mail lady even complains because she can't drop off packages because no one is in the office. when you do eventually talk to someone they never follow through on what they say (example made an appoint to meet at 3pm no one showed up called office 15 times before ...someone answered .. they said the person who scheduled the appointment didn't tell anyone)..... so disappointed in their lack of customer service.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 28, 2018I would say... I will miss living in Ashley Square.. We have been staying here for many years and it is a great place to stay, the price is decent, the space is HUGE and most of all the property management and staff specially Jeri, are all AMAZING. If it is not just on my job location - we would love to stay. Highly recommend this place for those looking for a great location with huge space and great service overall. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 walking closet - It is spacious also ...with in-unit washer/dryer. If we have any maintance needed, they respond right away.
