June 9, 2025The community is affordable and the neighbors are friendly. After sharing experiences with several residents from different buildings in the community, I have discovered that the plumbing over all is poor and the toilets get clogged very easily. The ceilings have frequent leaks and the insulation is poor, causing very hot and cold temperatures coupled with extremely high power bills. Despite these issues I still find things to like about the living experience. I love watching the deer come up to ...the edge of the woods, having coffee on my patio and I love to take my kids to the pool.Property Manager Responded
