January 6, 2022The management is a rip off and suck they make they own late fee prices the apartments are run down on the inside and patched up ants come through window seals that they can’t close all the way and rats get in through holes in the floor and they can’t keep a management person to save they life all around the worst apartment to live in I can’t wait to leave soon as my lease is over don’t live here runProperty Manager Responded

December 11, 2021Me and my partner have been living here for years, the rent has gone up significantly since we first moved. The management/company that owns this property is constantly in limbo, the maintenance is poor. The newest company to own this property tried to put sprinkles on poop in terms of sprucing up the are to get new residents in and charge even more. There's dog poop everywhere, the dumpsters are constantly full, there's trash that you can see every few steps, and when they upgraded the ...appliances it took almost a year for us to get the new ones. DO NOT DO IT! RUN!
December 10, 2020Don't do it. That is the best advice I can give anyone wanting to move here. I am a current resident and I have regretted moving here since day one. I've only been here for a few months and have been through TWO management changes....and neither were better than the other, the both suck. I'm kicking myself everyday because I should have just stayed at home, with my parents and just continued to save up for something better than THIS place. You guys, I beg you....do not do it. Maintenance is ...horrible - Management does not care and they are either slow to respond or they respond and just not answer your question, no matter how many times you ask. Management is not your friend and they do not have your best interest at heart. You are nothing but another walking dollar sign. I ignored the red flags of the turnover rate for management, the leasing office, maintenance, etc. If you do decide to move here, PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! ask and demand for more info about your neighbors and if the previous resident had any complaints as well. They will tell you "legally they are not able to share that information" but keep DEMANDING to know. The tenants around me are absolutely horrible, loud, and drive me insane with how they dump their cigarettes and trash everywhere, and have MULTIPLE animals that are continuously barking or running around all throughout the day and night. This was something also experienced by the tenant before me. Just don't do it. Stay where you are. Stay at home with your parents or whoever and just continue to save up until these apartments are not your only option. Buy a shed and live in a parking lot if you have to.....just DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Also, these are not "affordable". May 4, 2020So since they have transitioned into the New Owners and New name since day 1 they have went above and beyond to start working on the inside and out side of our apartments I am loving the new Leasing Agent Jessica She is so sweet and helps you with anything you need done. Tash is the new manager and she cares for her property and works hard to make sure she has helped in any way. Cant wait for the finishing look and this turn around.
