Great Place to Live
February 1, 2026My husband and I relocated to Louisville in 2021, prior to moving we toured Ashton Brook and fell in love with it, we did not look any further. It’s a beautiful property, it’s very well kept. It was peaceful and safe. I really loved living there. We lived there for 4.5 years before purchasing a new home, It was very hard for me to leave. The office staff was very friendly, Robin is such a sweetheart, Lawrence was very nice and friendly as well. I met the new manager before moving out and she too ...was very nice and helpful. I 100 percent recommend Ashton Brook if you are looking for a nice place to live..Property Manager Responded

The best place to live!
May 20, 2020I currently live here at Ashton Brook and my husband and I absolutely love it! The dog park is really nice, my pups get so much exercise. We live in a townhouse, and they are so gorgeous, and a great value for the price! My only regret is not moving soonerProperty Manager Responded

Rent Prices
May 12, 2020The prices on this page are not accurate. When we went to tour they gave us a price sheet with a lot higher prices. They also only show you a two bedroom 2 bath and 1 bath is off limits. When ask to see an actual 1 bed 1 bath before applying she didn't have one available but she had already stated they could move in right away.Review from Apartments.com
Master maintenance team
March 4, 2020I had a leak under my bathroom sink and called into maintenance. Within 10 mins, Leo had arrived, made an assessment of the problem and immediately got to work! Its been just over an hour and my leak is fixed! Leo is the man!Review from Apartments.com

January 28, 2019Me and my husband have lived here for four months so far and we love it! Brand new appliances, hard wood floors, love the gray color scheme inside the apartment.
