January 2, 2026Ashton Creek isn’t the worst place to live, but it definitely could be better. The property needs major updates, such as removing the popcorn ceilings, updating the appliances, adding microwaves, and improving the piping and insulation. During the entire time I lived there, the guest bedroom was extremely cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. When I submitted a maintenance request, I was told to close the bathroom vents so more air would flow into the bedrooms. I don’t feel like that ...should have been necessary. Also, after taking a shower, the master bedroom sometimes had a musty smell, almost like there might be mold somewhere. I often had to open the bedroom window just to air it out. Overall, Ashton Creek isn’t the worst, but it’s also not the best.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2025Our experience since moving here has not been good. When we moved in, we had a lot of maintenance issues. They were resolved but the AC issue is recurrent and apparently precedent as maintenance is having 15 units a week with those issues? The ladies in the front office are very nice, but the community is not great. Lots of kids loitering in the streets, acting crazy. And the apartments themselves are kind of shabby. I should have just paid a couple hundred extra a month for a nicer place I ...guess.Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2025I have been living here going on 6 years. My husband and I really enjoyed living here. Then in February of 2024 unfortunately my husband pasted away. Well I thought I had to move, and I didn't want to move so Samantha really worked with me so I could stay here. This is my home, and I just love it here. Everyone has been so nice to me. Even the maintenance men have helped me so much. Everyone is so friendly. I have good neighbors. It is pretty much quiet here oh you might here the children ...plying, but to me I love to hear the kids laugh and play instead of if people yelling arguing and or guns going off. I feel safe here and that means a lot to me. So I really do enjoy this place I call home.Property Manager Responded

June 20, 2025I love that whenever I put in a service request for Maintenance, they respond within a reasonable amount of time. I don’t have to wait for days and wonder when they are coming to complete the work order. They usually come the same day or if I complete it at night then the next morning.
