Your Issue Will Never be Resolved
August 13, 2018My air conditioner has been leaking since before I moved in. Literally, as I was moving in, my downstairs neighbors were moving out and told me about the leak. Maintenance has "fixed" it more times than I care to count. Last summer, I simply didn't run my air conditioner so that it wouldn't leak all over my apartment floor, but this summer has been hotter. I have tried to explain to management what the issue is, but they don't want to hear it; they just want maintenance to continue to treat the ...bullet hole with a band aid.
