April 14, 2025I’ve been living at Ashton Park Apartments for 2 years and have had a great experience overall. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that make everyday living comfortable. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any issues or questions, specially Teresa and Epiphany. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which is a big plus. The community is quiet and safe, with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking. I also love the ...convenient location—close to shopping, restaurants, and other local attractions. I love it here!!
November 1, 2016The entire staff is so professional and kind. They have met every need i have requested. The amenities are top quality. I have wonderful neighbors. Everyone so far has been very nice and has not caused any problems. At the pool area, there has never been a problem. All of the people get along together in our apartment community. I talk so highly about this because I think Management does an excellent job of putting good people in our community. Management and Staff have treated me like ...family. I am so appreciative of this. I know one day I will move on. I know I will never forget my Ashton Park Family! This is the worst place I have ever lived!!
August 15, 2016This is the worst place I have ever lived. I am currently still living here and waiting for my lease to expire. The following has occurred while living in Ashton Park: 1. Mold in my children bedrooms next to their beds. I had to move to another apartment building. 2. You can hear your neighbors in the apartments above and below you. You can also hear when people run up and down the stairwells next to the bedrooms. My first set of neighbors, living above us, had three large dogs that ran and ...barked all day and night. The second set, below us, played loud music thoughout the night and early morning hours. They would fight and slam doors, constantly. The police was at their apartment often. Now my current neighbors, above us, small children run and jump from 7am until 10pm, nonstop. 3. No parking spaces. 4. My husband's truck got broken into, plus a few other residents' cars where broken into. 5. Residents' trash cans are left next to their front doors and this stinks up the breezeways. 6. People are constantly moving in and out, weekly. The staff changes every few months. Nothing is concsisted. There is no peace!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Would Recommend
June 9, 2016The apartments are nice, reasonably priced, and in a great location in Anderson. The lady in the office, Epiphany, has always been very helpful and professional. She definitely gets an A from me. I was on the first floor and unfortunately had a noisy family above me with kids, pets, and lead feet it seemed. You get used to it but it was still just annoying. You'll see a few bugs every now and again in the apartment but it's not that big of deal IMO. I would assume bugs would be much less ...of a problem on the higher floors. I probably should have had pest control come spray more than I did too though. It's free if you just go request it in the office. The workout facility was very adequate and had everything you could need and the pool seemed to be well maintained as well. These aren't luxury apartments by any means but it is a nice, clean, and affordable community. Overall I am very satisfied with my time at Ashton Park and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality place to stay.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015My apartment is a two bed two full bath 1188 sq ft luxury split level space complete with a sunroom. The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet and the bathroom vanity has double sinks and is large enough to accommodate two people comfortably.Amenities include swimming pool,a 24 seat movie theater,a1200 sq ft state of the art fitness center,a car care center,laundry center and business center I love living here!Review from Apartments.com
