July 29, 2020I have never lived anywhere where I could hear my neighbors as much. Will be moving soon, not worth it for the price. Maintenance man is very unprofessional. Several car break ins recently.Review from Apartments.com
Pretty Nice, But...
April 11, 2017The units themselves look great, I mean, they were cheaply made and put together quickly, but visually they look really nice. You can definitely hear your neighbors through the wall. The worst thing is the parking. There are no assigned spots, and management refuses to do so, and there aren't even two spots per unit. Sometimes you might have to park half a city block away, in the rain, when you come home at night. Until management addresses the parking issue, these have to stay on my list of ...places to avoid...unless you don't have a car...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015I love living at Ashton Park Townhomes, the homes are spacious and beautiful. Management there is amazing and I have not had any issues since I have been living there. They are quick with maintenance issues and are willing to work with you if you in counter any other problems. The people that live around me are also great, it is a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. I would recommend anyone who are looking for a place to stay to check out Ashton Park Townhomes.Review from Apartments.com
