Maintenance is AMAZING
October 1, 2025We had a problem with our toilet flushing and it kept getting clogged. We called maintenance, and they came out to fix it several times. With the third time coming out they accidentally broke something on the toilet, and instead of leaving it, they just replaced the entire toilet. I’m appreciate them and their hard work!! Definitely recommend this place just based on their maintenance and management alone.Property Manager Responded

What Nice Neighborhood & Staff
August 20, 2025My husband and I toured the property a couple days ago and really enjoyed it. Going to put in our application today. JH was very accommodating and informative on the tour we took. Place is pleasant even though the area around Suliivant isn't exactly my favorite. But the apartments seem removed far enough from there and feels safe.Property Manager Responded

Pleasantly Surprised
July 22, 2025I walked in to take a tour without an appointment. JH graciously helped me. They only had one 2 bed available to look at and apparently it was already rented too. I hope another one comes available because I'm moving up here from the south and want to be close to campus and family. The area a few streets over seemed a little rough but I was surprised how nice the complex was. Seemed quiet and safe.Property Manager Responded
