When I contacted her regarding my sink and stovetop, maintenance personnel arrived within the hour. Matt and Ahmed, two highly competent technicians, thoroughly explained the issues and promptly resolved both the stove and sink malfunctions. Maintenance is AMAZING
October 1, 2025We had a problem with our toilet flushing and it kept getting clogged. We called maintenance, and they came out to fix it several times. With the third time coming out they accidentally broke something on the toilet, and instead of leaving it, they just replaced the entire toilet. I’m appreciate them and their hard work!! What Nice Neighborhood & Staff
August 20, 2025My husband and I toured the property a couple days ago and really enjoyed it. Going to put in our application today. JH was very accommodating and informative on the tour we took.
