Dumpster fire.. trash outside, dog run is about the size of a large living room.
My apartment experience being, not having a dryer for 3 months (amenity?) kitchen, dining room and bathroom lights flicker (now I'm suspicious if a circuit caused my TV to blow out), my closet light stayed broken for months so I had to use the flashlight on my phone, my kitchen sink leaked twice- all over the place- the toilet never fully flushes, but it runs water throughout the day, my porch light doesn't work, gas ...
leak, my windows are bowed and won't shut so my gas bill is out of control, the dumpster is shared with the complex next door so you have to walk a football field to dispose trash..overall I've had about 8-9 work orders put in, and it seemed to annoy the maintenance men A LOT. These are legitimate issues and both maintenance guys treated me like a Karen. The rest of the staff are randomly rude and are slow to respond to anything. Also, consider the fitness center... size of a bedroom - the office is literally +75° per the thermostat, who would want to work out in there!? Maybe the staff should think about their renters and the 'amenities' that makes them feel discouraged to use.. There's been so many issues you would think it's a parody.
If anyone ever asks or I hear them/or a stranger looking for an apartment, I will make sure they know this place is beyond disappointing and shouldn't rent. Better off being homeless.
